Ty are you taking anything to the fall classic? Do you know how much the pigs average in the sale usually?

No I wont be taking anything up this year. I will be up there looking for our new York Herd Boar. As far as a avg. its hard to give an avg. the sales are all over the place from $150 to thousands of dollars. Big names bring big big money, no names bring great hogs but tend to stay on the lowside. Just like anywhere else. I am looking to spend about $1500 for our York boar if that gives you a better Idea on the prices. Ty

Did you end up finding that york boar you were looking for?

I didnt getone bought today. I threw bids at Grimms 1st class 4 boar.a well as the 2nd class 4 boar. Couldnot get them bought. I did pick up a young weanling york boar and the Res. Champ Landrace gilt & the 4th overall Chester gilt from Wintex (double bred Crawfish). Pulling out of Oklahoma in the morning. Had a great time ready for Belton allready. Thanks Ty
