Love it!!! really expands the gut and adds rib shape, we have fed it in pigs and steers for years, we show in early March. This being said, the animal must acuire a taste for it, do we start blending it with our ration in Dec. Just a handful at first, but by March our gilts are getting almost a half gallon per day, steers would be up to two gallons or so. I do feed it to the pigs wet, mixed with all the other ration. GOD LUCK

If you got a Tractor Supply Place near by you may want to check it out. They have a 25 pound bags and it comes in pellet or shredded.

We use it for fiber when our son's sow was consenpated (sp?). Then he feed her with it in her ration two weeks after she had her litter for the added fiber.

Son had it soaking in the ice box and with this hot weather she looked forward to something cold in her stomach. I think he also put yogart in the mix with it.
