Hey cody, feeding a boar is just like feeding any other show pig. You really dont need any extra additives. As far as keeping a boar, make sure to keep something that you are proud of and not just keeping a boar so that you can be part of the business. Dont forget to be selective. If you are going to stud him out there should be a few things that you should understand about collecting your stud so that you can have the best possible successes with him. If you have any questions or need someone to speak to on the phone about this, we are always willing to help. I dont think we know it all, but will give you insight into what we know and hopefully shoot you in the right direction. We have had several boars and we are extremely selective on the boars that we choose to keep. Just shoot me an email or stop by our website.

I hope this is enough information for now. When you start getting a bit closer, we can start to build your stud up.

Good Luck

there is no true dimension for a pen. Just as long as you show pig has enough room to walk back and forth comfortably.

Your right about the feed additives and Yes moormans would do just fine. Let me know if you have any information. I see that you are new on this site, all the people here are really nice and extremely helpful.
