left hock swollen ,how much dexathomes ,do you give,my pig weighs 200 pounds

we have a hamp that has swollen hocks in the rear can someone tell me what to do. it is my senior year and i`m not sure what to do. we have a major show in feb. in san antonio. thank you in advance for all of your help. i kept her off the pailing and feed her currently 16 percent feed with oats and sumo. we got her when she was 10 pounds in aug.and now weighs well over 200 pounds. thanks again.

lincomyicin and exnel for 5 days you may also try predef to help bring the swelling down.
