Well longshot, it's really up to you when you would want to pen them individually.in my opinion I would start with them NOW for the reason that you can start calculating there feed in take and there daily gain. Therefore in you having them penned together its reallly the stronger hog that eats the most. I hope my advice has been helpful to you in understanding this topic.

I would split them up 2 to a pen and have them on full feed they will eat more with 2 to a pen both of them will and I would weight the same day every week so you can get your weight and your average daily gain down like Jay stated until you feel comfortable in putting them into there own pens. I leave mine pened together for 3-4 weeks so I can get a good running weight ADG going and then I pen them seperatly and leave them on full feed untill they hit the 150-200 lbs. mark and then I start hand feeding hope this helps this is just how I do things and it works for me doesn't mean it works for everybody. My sugestion is take something away from everybody that post and then add your flair to and make it your own.

I would have to agree with jay.
The other benifet to feeding them in there pen you can tell if that hog has gone off feed a lot faster than multipule pigs.

Also if you keep them in a pen together there will be a dominince set in that group, and someone will be pushed away from the feeder. It is always better to fed seperately or at a max of 2 in a pen.

Mine are pened 2 to a pen for the first 3-4 weeks and then once they hit 100lbs then I split them in there own pen battling to eat they will eat more and get to that 100lbs mark faster I tried my first couple of years to one a pen and would have one that didn't want to eat as well and gained slower that the others.
