They were NOTHING what we expected. Sure trivswine sent us pics as soon as he could. But we are so use to "homegrown" butcher pigs and they blew my mind when I opened the file to see the pics that was emailed to me and our son.

When we picked them up yesterday, to see them with our own eyes, I could not get over them.

Funney thing is that when Hubby back the trailer to the pen to off load. Son grabed the gilt and his pig that he showed at the fair went nuts when she heard the little one screaming. I had to jump out of the trailer and go with Ruby and talk to her. Once our son released the gilt into the pen she was okay, until he went for the boar. I guess the mom instinct hit her. Which is good, because when she has her babies she will have to watch the coyotes and the bobcats (at night). Garnet (son's other pig), did not want nothing to do with them, I guess she knows her time is limited here.
