i have been reading on this forum and other websites that they have hog shows where pigs can be 65 -100lbs and thats there 1st shows. my concern is why South Texas does'nt do a small prospect show like this other counties...

Most of the shows start in and around december. You will still find showpigs around that size. Late november is validation so they wont do something sooner.

There is a show in Kingsville on Sat & Sun Oct 23rd & Oct24th.
