I am updating you guys are the 2 pigs (barrow and gilt) that i kept out of my litter.

barrow was Breed Champion and then Over all Grand market hog.
Gilt was open Breed Champion and Open Overall Grand Breeding hog

This was at our local show but still judge said they could stand more competition.
Will get pictures posted as soon as I can.

Ok had our county last night! my york gilt took breed champ and then got reserve overall at our county in the open breeding.
My barrow on the other hand didnt do so good this time. i had put him on some paylean this last week and a half and the judge said he was to tight and placed him 3rd. so what do you all think about putting him on 16% he already had good muscle but was just trying o give him more pop. he is weighting 226 and i have about 30 days till state show so i am really wanting to push him hard.

you might just want to drop the paylean. Sometimes when you drop the protein, you also lose the fresh appearance

Thanx G5, i am going to by a new usb cord because you guys just have to see this gilt. My boyfreind has big hands and his hand doesnt go from side to side on her back. she has a massive top for a gilt IMO. the barows top istant as big bujt he is only weightin 229 where sa thie gilt is at 262. i have saved money so just incase this gilt makes sale at tulsa i can hopefully buy her back Smile dont really want to let her go. i had offers on her at our county already
