If you want a truely honest opinion, I would not collect him. Sorry, but he has poor natural base width, no lower rib shape and central cavity. Is light boned and small footed, and in that last picture, he looks like he comes way too close together from the hocks down on his rear leg. I would just use him as a heat check boar and A.I. to something else.

I dont know if you can truly base all that from a picture , I can agree with you on a couple of things but overall the boar is still good enough in my opinion to collect . Bred to the right sow , you might just get the right combination . Plus , he also has a good bloodline backing him up . I dont really know the feeding program but I would venture to say that if this boar was fed to get cover , there might be something worth looking at .
