This is our first litter out of our exciting new york boar Full Dimension, Our Inside out sow laid down and had a wonderful problem free labor. Piglets are doing great got theyre bellies full and strength under theyre legs now. This litter will be a Registerred Yorkshire litter, 13 born 11 alive 6 boars 5 gilts.

			<description>Our son's two red wattle crosses are 8 wks old now. Ruby is redder (she also a good 5 lbs more then her sister) then Garnet (who is a copper color). Ruby will be the his show pig for our up coming Parish Fair (in October) and Garnet the companion.



Sunday we started to brush them. Garnet shies away from everything and Ruby...how do I put this...she a HOG (feed, brushing you name it).



Are they too young to put something on their skin to help with the dandrif (sp?)/flacky skin?

We have tried walking her with 2 people, tried with a herder board and no luck.. She just wants to run and run into the other pig that is walking good. Any idea's of what we could give?? We have tried relax fit and that seemed to make her worse.......

			<description>We've decided to grow our son's barrows another 100 #'s and then slaughter them for our own food (since no one answered our for sale ad).



So, how do you go about after you've divided the pen/shelter in 1/2, cleaning the 1/2 of the pen/shelter that a set of 8 wk old gilts will live in? Our pick up date on the gilts is at the end of July. The pen is on earth and on side of a hill.



Once the &quot;boys&quot; have moved own, we would clean the side they were in and allow our son's show gilts  ...</description>
